Whether you are weeks, months, or years postpartum, this class is a place where you can finally exhale — without judgment, pressure, or expectations.
Designed especially for Black and Brown mothers and birthing people, our postpartum sessions offer soft movement, breathwork, and trauma-informed support that help you reconnect with your body at a pace that feels safe and nourishing.

This class is free, and babies up to 12 months old are welcome to attend.
Childcare providers will be on site to support you and your little one.
